Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Troubleshoot and resolve system issues by investigating and understanding the root causes (code, integrations, data flow). 📍Work on the full cycle of the system's development and maintenance, ensuring continuous service for our users (~400 users, with 20-30 users using the system 24/7). 📍Analyze a large database (~6TB, ~5k tables) to debug, optimize, and maintain both standard Ax tables and custom tables. 📍Collaborate closely with business teams and developers, translating vague issue descriptions into actionable solutions. 📍Engage with a Scrumban environment, balancing sprint planning (Scrum) with incident management (Kanban). 📍Ensure high system availability and provide support for critical incidents, maintaining a helicopter view to prioritize and tackle urgent issues. 📍Continuously learn and adapt to new challenges, aiming to resolve issues efficiently but with a focus on long-term stability.
Requirements:
📍5+ years of experience in system engineering with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. 📍Expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues in enterprise systems. 📍Ability to work in an agile Scrumban environment with an emphasis on collaboration, incident resolution, and iterative development. 📍Strong problem-solving skills: ability to take unclear or incomplete issue reports and find the root cause. 📍Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
