Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Provide user support via written communication in the official support bot. 📍Analyze situations and resolve user issues promptly. 📍Collaborate with internal project departments to address customer concerns effectively. 📍Moderate STONfi chats (e.g., Telegram, Discord), including deleting rule-violating messages and answering users' questions.
Qualifications:
📍Understanding of crypto and DeFi, including DEX operation and transaction status checking. 📍Knowledge of the TON Ecosystem is a plus. 📍Desire to excel in customer consulting and support. 📍Ability to communicate in English fluently (at least upper-intermediate level). 📍Demonstrated stress tolerance and multitasking skills.
