Job Summary

What you’ll do

📍Blue Hour Studios sits at the intersection of culture, content, creators and commerce and our Brand team sits at the heart of Blue Hour. 📍We are looking for a motivated Strategist to join our Brand Solutions team and lead our client accounts to success. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing social strategies (influencer marketing, community management, content creation, creative production and social commerce) that drive meaningful engagement and deliver exceptional results for our clients. You will provide excellent client service, applying the Blue Hour’s best resources and effectively collaborating with people across departments to ensure that programs are flawlessly executed on-time and on-budget. You will be responsible for inspiring great creative through confident decision-making, positive collaboration, quick problem-solving, and effective communication. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love collaborating with creative minds, enjoy managing a variety of projects and have a knack for client management, this is the perfect opportunity for you. 📍This role requires an exceptional level of attention to detail, organization, communication, thought leadership, and the ability to work seamlessly across several projects and teams on any given day. Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and get excited by each new day being different from the last.

📍Previous experience in a similar role within the creative, marketing or influencer space. 📍Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail. 📍Creative thinking and ability to contribute fresh ideas to the team. 📍Proactive and self-motivated. 📍Superior organization skills and be detail oriented. 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 📍Excited about building and maintaining client relationships. 📍Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies. 📍Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. 📍Ability to communicate feedback clearly and succinctly, both internally and externally. 📍Proficiency in the Google Suite.
