Job Summary
Occupy a unique position in the market, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development and operations and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our software development and deployment infrastructure, and workflows. This person will also contribute to the design and process improvements to our DevOps program to scale it to a diverse ecosystem of application developers.
đź“ŤUsing GitHub and GitHub Actions, create and implement automated software deployment processes. đź“ŤCreate and maintain pipelines for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery. đź“ŤWork on the migration of Microrepos to a Monorepo. đź“ŤHelm can be used to package and deploy applications on Kubernetes. đź“ŤFluxCD can be used for GitOps-based continuous delivery. đź“ŤSystem performance should be monitored and optimized. đź“ŤTroubleshoot and resolve production issues. đź“ŤWork with development teams to ensure that code is tested and deployed efficiently. Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure. đź“ŤGive development teams advice and best practices. đź“ŤContinuously improve and evolve the overall DevOps process.
What will help you succeed
đź“ŤStrong knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP). đź“ŤExperience with Monorepos. đź“ŤExpertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). đź“ŤWorking knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub Actions). đź“ŤExcellent knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum). đź“ŤKnowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef). đź“ŤStrong understanding of Linux/Unix administration. đź“ŤExperience with Git and GitHub.
