Job Summary
What you will be working on
šDeveloping web apps used either internally or by Ramp customers šMaking key decisions on frontend architecture and individual solutions together with the team šImplementing various solutions for product specific needs such as KYC (Know Your Customer) šWorking alongside our partners to solve their needs šBuilding and maintaining our design systems together with the Design team šAnalyzing and understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions šWorking closely with our designers and product team on delivering a world-class user experience šMentoring less-experienced developers šWorking with niche frontend tech: SDKs, payment gateways, iframes, cross-frame communication, anti-fraud tools, browser extension APIs (communication with blockchain wallets).
What you will bring:
š4+ years of solid experience in front-end development šAbility to understand and appreciate good UX šExperience in refining tasks and asking the right questions šAttention to details šListening to customers and partners feedback šProactivity and ownership šExperience in working with design teams on delivering excellent products to customers šExperience in setting up frontend build systems, analyzing and picking the right tech for problems you need to solve šAbility to explain complex technical issues in plain language to others, including non-tech people šGreat code review & communication skills šGood testing practices šReadiness to work in a rapidly scaling up startup
