Preferred Qualifications
š3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelorās Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) š2 - 3 years of experience with JAVA, J2EE applications š2 ā 3 years of experience managing applications running on different middleware stack (Java TcServer, Jboss, Containers, Docker EE, Kubernetes) šUnderstanding of the Incident, Problem and Change management processes. šUnderstanding Agile Scrum processes and concepts. šPrior experience with automating support activities that enable efficiency and productivity
Specific Responsibilities include:
š Provide level 3 application support for mission-critical applications including Investigate issues, problems, detect and investigate defects. š Determine and provide root cause analysis based on application behavior and log data. šUtilize basic scripting skills to generate log output based on support requests and issues šWork with multiple teams to determine the mitigation and resolution solutions for issues and problems. šThe ability to perform follow-up items in areas for continuous improvement šSupport CMS systems globally including Applications, Infrastructure and Connectivity with dependent systems and services šSupport applications hosted in Linux/Docker/Kubernetes environment
