šŸ“Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the development and execution of our employer branding strategy, collaborating seamlessly with communications, talent acquisition, and marketing teams to position our company as an employer of choice. šŸ“Engaging Content Creation: Craft captivating career content for recruiting-related profiles and platforms, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message. šŸ“Cultural Inclusivity: Collaborate with our HR team to implement culturally thoughtful and inclusive programs that resonate with our diverse workforce. šŸ“Digital Presence: Drive our digital presence by executing social branding content on key platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Medium, and Instagram. šŸ“Event Management: Take charge of end-to-end event coordination, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.

Requirements

šŸ“Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in employer branding or digital media, showcasing a track record of success in creating impactful employer brands. šŸ“Social Savvy: Enthusiastic about social media trends, demonstrating a keen understanding of audience segments. šŸ“Digital Proficiency: Proven ability to manage blogs, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. šŸ“Analytical Creativity: Bring a results-oriented marketing mindset with a perfect blend of analytical rigor and creative flair. šŸ“Exceptional Communication: Superior communication skills in both English and Chinese, capable of delivering clear, persuasive, and inspiring messages.
