Job Summary
Responsibilities
šHire, retain and grow high-performing and diverse global engineering teams. šInvest in the career development of your employees with a strong focus on mentorship and training. šLead with a strong client focus mindset across organizations. šDeliver products with complex technical interdependencies collaborating with cross geographical development and product teams. šCollaborate with Product Office, Operations & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Client Support, and other Product Development teams in developing complete solutions. šBuild a culture of engineering excellence (quality, security, performance, scalability, availability, resilience etc.) across your own teams and the entire organization.
Basic Qualifications:
š18+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelorās Degree or with an Advanced degree in computer science / computer engineer or related field. šProven experience managing software development teams for enterprise-level, distributed applications using technologies such as Java, Microservices, Hadoop, RDBMS, Spark, open systems, React / Angular JS. Golang experience is a plus. šExcellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely. šExperience in setting and tracking technical goals, SLAs, and KPIs. šExcellent leadership and team building skills.
