Job Summary

Essential Responsibilities:

📍Collaborate internally to influence the quality and effectiveness of risk management processes. 📍Analyze and assess risks to provide informed recommendations for mitigation strategies. 📍Work outside defined processes to determine appropriate actions in complex situations. 📍Serve as a subject matter resource for entry-level and developing colleagues on risk management practices and strategies 📍Engage with stakeholders to communicate risk assessments and proposed solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

📍Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:

📍Review proposals given by the first-line-of-defense teams on product/services and customer communications from regulatory risk and compliance perspectives. 📍Manage day-to-day communications with regulators on regulatory filings, moderate-risk incidents and escalated customer complaints 📍Craft write-ups that is well-summarized and provide reasonable amount of transparency and logical elaboration of the causes and remediation
