Job Summary
What We Look For In You
šMinimum 2-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role (experience in the FinTech / Crypto / Financial Institutions industry will be an added advantage) šCAMS or ICA certification is a plus. šAble to work on-site. šStrong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. šExcellent verbal and written communication skills. šHighly motivated and detail-oriented with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities. šCapable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. šFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards, such as AML, CDD, and Sanctions. šComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities: What Youāll be Doing
šConduct QA review to assess agent performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback and coaching. šPerform root cause analysis by reviewing quality monitoring data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for training and process enhancements. šInitiate calibration sessions within the Compliance Ops functions to align on QA standards and address quality related matters. šCollaborate with the Learning & Development (LD) team to establish processes, define quality standards, ensure consistency, and refine training programs. šDevelop and maintain quality documentation, including QA scorecards, departmental SOPs, and other quality-related materials. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related matters. šStay up to date with industry trends and best practices in compliance and QA. šParticipate in the development and implementation of QA initiatives and projects.
