Job Summary
Requirements: What We Look For In You
šMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a compliance-related role (experience in the FinTech / Crypto / Financial Institutions industry will be an added advantage). šPrevious experience in training, coaching, or educating individuals in a compliance setting is highly desirable. šCAMS or ICA certification is a plus. šAble to work on-site. šStrong public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex regulatory concepts for diverse audiences. šAbility to provide clear, concise, and engaging training materials and documentation. šIn-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., AML, CDD, Sanctions, etc.). šStrong analytical abilities to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness. šAbility to develop training content based on regulatory changes and emerging compliance trends. šHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. šPatient and approachable, with a focus on employee development and continuous improvement. šCapable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. šComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities: What Youāll be Doing
šDevelop and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs to ensure all Compliance Ops agents are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their BAU duties and meet regulatory standards (e.g., AML, CDD, Sanctions). šEvaluate the effectiveness of training sessions by gathering feedback, monitoring performance, and assessing compliance-related outcomes. šPerform regular training needs assessments across Compliance Ops teams to identify areas for improvement and create tailored training solutions to address skill gaps or emerging compliance risks. šConduct refresher training as necessary to reinforce key compliance principles. šConduct Quality Assurance (QA) review as needed to assess agent performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide necessary feedback and coaching. šWork closely with the QA team, Compliance Ops functions, and other relevant teams to align training initiatives with compliance objectives, ensuring consistency and relevance in all training materials. šCreate, update, and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and other resources, to ensure they reflect the latest compliance requirements and best practices.
