Job Summary
What you will do
šAct as the first technical point of contact for teams integrating Zerion API šDiagnose edge cases, debug & fix issues, and unblock partners acting as the owner for tier 1ā2 engineering challenges šWrite well-structured, and efficient code contributing to the development of new services and features šCollaborate closely with engineers to triage and resolve problems efficiently šMaintain and improve technical documentation, SDKs, and dev onboarding flows šShaping the product by implementing customer-driven features in close collaboration with the product manager šMonitor developer success metrics and reduce time-to-value
Who we are looking for
šSolid engineering fundamentals with at least 3+ years development experience šSolid understanding of Web3 concepts (wallets, NFTs, DeFi) šHands-on experience with Web3 projects ā either personal (pet projects) or commercial use šStrong experience with Golang (required) šStrong understanding of API architecture, REST conventions, tokens/auth flows, and error handling šExperience debugging and resolving complex issues in production systems šExperience with developer platforms or supporting external development teams
