Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Solution design: Create and architect technical solutions that align with clients' objectives and adhere to global and local regulations. šŸ“Employ a consultative approach to identify business needs and align them with Notabene's solutions. (30%) šŸ“Support: Provide post-sales L2 technical support and serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and API integration questions. Troubleshoot issues by using log management tools such as Datadog. (30%) šŸ“Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, regulatory and compliance, and customer success teams to ensure our platform empowers customers to meet regulatory requirements at scale. (15%) šŸ“Documentation: Help maintain outstanding technical documentation in Postman and Readme. (15%) šŸ“Build: Contribute to the development of exemplary proof of concepts to facilitate customer integration. Additionally, help create internal tools and data dashboards for our team. (10%)

Qualifications:

šŸ“4+ years' experience in customer-facing technical roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS, Reg Tech (if not reg-tech, cyber(security) compliance could be interesting). šŸ“Strong understanding of REST APIs and web technologies. šŸ“Proficient problem-solving skills (you are a natural-born troubleshooter). šŸ“Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, low-ego environment. šŸ“Has customer first attitude šŸ“Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and establishing clear accountabilities for success.
