Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šSolution design: Create and architect technical solutions that align with clients' objectives and adhere to global and local regulations. šEmploy a consultative approach to identify business needs and align them with Notabene's solutions. (30%) šSupport: Provide post-sales L2 technical support and serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and API integration questions. Troubleshoot issues by using log management tools such as Datadog. (30%) šCollaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, regulatory and compliance, and customer success teams to ensure our platform empowers customers to meet regulatory requirements at scale. (15%) šDocumentation: Help maintain outstanding technical documentation in Postman and Readme. (15%) šBuild: Contribute to the development of exemplary proof of concepts to facilitate customer integration. Additionally, help create internal tools and data dashboards for our team. (10%)
Qualifications:
š4+ years' experience in customer-facing technical roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS, Reg Tech (if not reg-tech, cyber(security) compliance could be interesting). šStrong understanding of REST APIs and web technologies. šProficient problem-solving skills (you are a natural-born troubleshooter). šAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, low-ego environment. šHas customer first attitude šExcellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and establishing clear accountabilities for success.
