Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šSales: Work closely with the Blockaid team to engage prospects, providing deep technical expertise on security solutions. Own the technical aspects of the sales cycle, from initial engagement through to technical approval. šDiscovery & Solution Design: Lead discovery sessions with prospects to understand their security needs and challenges, mapping them to šBlockaidās capabilities. Deliver customized demos and proof-of-concept (POC) solutions that demonstrate the value of our security platform. šFeedback Loop: Act as the conduit between prospects and the product/engineering teams, delivering field insights to help refine our platform and guide product development. šRelationship Building: Build long-term relationships with customers and prospects, becoming a trusted advisor on all things related to blockchain security.
Requirements
š3+ years of experience in a technical sales, solutions engineering, or pre-sales role, with a proven track record of driving revenue through technical sales in the blockchain space. šExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior management. šProven experience in building and maintaining customer relationships, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success. šSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. šProblem-solving abilities and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with limited guidance. šA strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and software development best practices
