Job Summary
What You'll Do
šDesign and architect technical solutions that align with clients' objectives and regulatory requirements. šProvide post-sales L2 technical support and handle complex customer escalations using tools like Datadog. šCollaborate across teams to translate customer requirements into product recommendations. šMaintain and improve technical documentation in Postman and Readme. šDevelop proof of concepts and internal tools to facilitate customer integration.
Must-Have Qualifications
š4+ years' experience in customer-facing technical roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS or RegTech in the EMEA region. šStrong understanding of REST APIs and web technologies šNatural-born troubleshooter with excellent problem-solving abilities šCustomer-first attitude with outstanding communication skills šExcellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities
