📍Be both highly technical and an effective people manager 📍Mentor and empower a team of high performing engineers 📍Run scrum or equivalent agile development process 📍Work with research and risk teams to deliver high-impact projects 📍Participate in technical design and drive roadmap creation and execution 📍Champion engineering excellence, including high code quality and high-performing system designs
Qualifications
📍5 - 8 years strong experience coding in High performance C++ 📍3+ years of management experience leading a small to medium sized team of engineers 📍Experienced in low latency trading systems and network 📍Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment 📍Solid foundation in design, data structures and algorithms, and strong analytical and debugging skills 📍Scrum master experience is a plus 📍Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills
