The Uniswap Protocol is the largest decentralized trading and automated market making protocol (often called a DEX, āDecentralized Exchangeā) on Ethereum. The Uniswap Labs team was a major contributor to the Uniswap Protocol and now focuses on building a suite of products to support the Uniswap ecosystem. Our team is one of the most impactful in crypto. We are based out of SoHo in New York City with the option to be partially or fully remote depending on the position.
Job Summary
Responsibilities
šBuild and maintain low level backend services that interact with the Uniswap Protocol šResearch and contribute to Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs) šParticipate in discussions from the initial product ideas to launch
Requirements
š1+ years of experience working on blockchains, consensus algorithms, p2p, or applied cryptography šDeep knowledge of Ethereum and the EVM šBroad understanding of the Ethereum roadmap šUnderstanding of different blockchain designs, their tradeoffs, and the cryptography underpinning blockchains šStrong understanding of distributed systems and computer science fundamentals šFluency in Typescript, Go, Rust, or a similar language
