Job Summary
What you'll be doing:
đź“ŤCollaborate with other engineers to analyze, optimize, and re-design components of the Move VM to improve its performance and scalability. đź“ŤCreate benchmarks and identify performance bottlenecks of the Move VM. đź“ŤImplement security measures to protect the Move VM from potential vulnerabilities. đź“ŤWrite clean, maintainable code and participate in reviews for other team members.
What we're looking for:
📍Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with background in compilers, performance optimization, concurrency or related fields. Graduates as well as experienced developers will be considered. 📍Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust, C++, or similar, with a strong understanding of systems programming. 📍You have experience working with or are excited to learn about virtual machines, bytecode interpreters, code generation, memory management, parallel transaction execution and performance engineering. 📍Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously. 📍Being ready to take ownership of projects, and ensuring their end-to-end delivery.
