Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Understand the technical ramifications of new Privacy legislation across the world. 📍Scope the work necessary across Meta's systems and products to satisfy new Privacy requirements. 📍Implement critical pieces of shared product infrastructure to satisfy privacy requirements across varied products. 📍Communicate with external stakeholders (regulators, privacy enthusiasts, academic community) to understand best practices. 📍Publicly represent our work in relevant industry and academic venues.
Minimum Qualifications
📍Strong problem solving skills and background in coding 📍Proven track record of supporting technical teams 📍BS / MS in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, relevant work experience)
Preferred Qualifications
📍5+ years of experience as a Software, Product or Privacy Engineer in the domains of data management 📍PhD in Privacy, Security or Programming Languages.
