Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šTechnical Support & Escalation: Provide technical support for Moca Network's external partners and users, acting as the first technical response layer for escalations regarding AIR Kit (Account, Credentials, Wallet Services) and Moca Chain. Troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently. šProcess Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual processes within Moca Network operations, particularly those related to the Moca Chain and internal backoffice workflows. Develop software solutions that eliminate repetitive tasks, reduce errors, and improve operational efficiency. šBack-office Software Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy internal software applications and tools that automate and streamline Moca Network operations.
Requirements:
šBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. šProficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, Typescript, and Python. šStrong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (REST, GraphQL). šExperience with back office systems and operations, preferably in a Web3, Identity, or FinTech domain. šFamiliarity with SDK development and Web3 technologies, including Account Abstraction (AA) and Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP) are beneficial. šStrong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams. šAbility to efficiently context-switch between development and support/troubleshooting activities. šStayed updated with emerging AI and web3 technologies, standards, and industry trends.
