Job Summary
What You Will Do
đź“ŤOwn features end-to-end: from design document to prototype. đź“ŤBuild polished consumer-grade UI/UX (fast, intuitive, minimal surprises). đź“ŤShip full-stack product surfaces (e.g., Next.js/React on the front; TypeScript/Node, Go, or Python on the back). đź“ŤBuild games đź“ŤStand up and manage infra: Docker, basic cloud, databases, queues, and observability. đź“ŤAdd instrumentation (analytics, logging), run experiments, and measure outcomes. đź“ŤCollaborate tightly with design, product, research, and partnerships. đź“ŤMaintain quality with code reviews, testing, and post-mortems.
What You Bring
📍Full-stack fluency: Comfortable building in React/Next.js (or similar) and at least one backend runtime (TypeScript/Node, Go, or Python), with experience designing APIs, modeling data, and working with real-time systems. 📍Infra pragmatism: You can containerize with Docker, set up basic cloud (AWS/GCP/Vercel/Cloudflare), wire up CI/CD, and add observability (logs, traces, dashboards). 📍Learning velocity: You pick up new frameworks, APIs, and tools quickly and use judgment to choose the simplest thing that ships. 📍High agency & ownership: You decompose fuzzy problems into milestones, unblock yourself, and drive ideas from plan → build → launch → refine. 📍Cross-functional collaboration: You work smoothly with design, research, and partnerships; you communicate trade-offs clearly and keep stakeholders aligned. 📍Quality mindset: Sensible tests, performance profiling, accessibility basics, and a habit of instrumenting with analytics/telemetry.
