Job Summary
The Opportunity
📍We are looking for an experienced smart contract engineer to join our team in Berlin. 📍As a core member of our team, your responsibilities will span various aspects of our protocol. You'll be involved in both the maintenance and enhancement of our existing protocol. This involves collaboration with other engineers to bolster and support the core smart contracts. Key areas of work include but are not limited to refining our core stability mechanism, facilitating multi-chain deployments, and contributing to the management of our decentralized reserve.
What You Bring
📍The ideal candidate for us is a highly motivated problem solver who excels when working both independently and as part of a team. Beyond that, we are looking for individuals who have: 📍1-2 years of experience in Solidity programming using frameworks such as Foundry, Hardhat, or Truffle. 📍A history of deploying smart contract systems to a public EVM-based blockchain. 📍2-5 years of professional engineering experience in a collaborative, product-driven environment. 📍Significant professional experience in Typescript, Go, Rust, or C#. 📍A solid understanding of Solidity and the EVM. 📍Experience with cloud-based platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform. 📍Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and a strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). 📍Bonus: Previous involvement with a smart contract system that has processed high-dollar volume transactions. 📍Bonus: Knowledge of common and historical smart contract exploits, as well as how to prevent them.
