Job Summary
Responsibilities
šProvides application ServiceNow development services and technical support šDevelops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications šDesigns, codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains ServiceNow šAnalyzes requirements, and maintains, tests and integrates application components šEnsures that system improvements are successfully implemented šHandles Incidents per published SLAs, ensures system stability by actioning required maintenance scheduled tasks, and addresses system issues impacting SLAs šImplements ServiceNow workflows that integrate with external web services šDesigns and develops a workflow framework that can be applied to many workflows, and continuing to seek new opportunities to improve our current manual processes šProvides standard methodologies for guiding adoption and influencing the customer to make investments in the solution šHelps define the services that ServiceNow delivers and gets alignment with customers on service definitions, SLAs and critical metrics šStrong ServiceNow administration skills and experience
Qualifications
š4+ years of overall ITSM experience š3+ yearsā experience developing on the ServiceNow platform šServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) certification šServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification šExperience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX šExperience of one popular web framework - React, AngularJS Strong experience working with HR modules in ServiceNow šAbility to develop web services such as Scripted REST APIs and Rest Messages šExperience integrating to multiple data sources (SOAP, REST, Webhooks, and JSON as well as JDBC and file imports) šExperience with standard methodologies of software development - logging, unit testing (ATF), code reviews, etc šAdvanced scripting experience applying best practice formatting and comments in Script Includes, Business Rules, etc šExperience with upgrades and skipped update remediation šExperience utilizing the Agile/Scrum methodology to define and deliver development work šExcellent communication skills
