Job Summary
Skills & Qualifications:
📍Technical Skills: 📍Basic understanding of server operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.). 📍Familiarity with server monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix). 📍Basic scripting or automation skills (Shell, PowerShell, etc.). 📍Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting. 📍Communication Skills: 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 📍Effective communication skills to interact with team members. 📍Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. 📍Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. 📍Problem Solving: 📍Ability to analyze and resolve basic network problems independently. 📍Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
Qualifications:
📍Educational Background: 📍Minimum HSC pass. - CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+) 📍Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals 📍Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC-1) 📍 Experience: 📍Minimum 1 year experience in server monitoring or similar role
