Responsibilities

📍Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. 📍Develop and execute product strategies that drive growth, user engagement, and adoption. 📍Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope. 📍Conduct market research, user feedback analysis, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and improvements. 📍Define product requirements, create detailed specifications, and maintain a clear product roadmap. 📍Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. 📍Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication. 📍Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the Web3 ecosystem and incorporate relevant innovations into the product strategy. 📍Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. 📍Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in the Web3 space. 📍Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications (dApps), and the broader Web3 ecosystem. 📍Proven experience in successfully launching and scaling Web3 products. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) to interact with internal stakeholders. 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 📍Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. 📍Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of user needs and market trends. 📍Proficiency in Mandarin is communicating with internal stakeholders.
