šŸ“Determines training needs and requirements for sales LOB groups šŸ“Identifies potential training materials to address needs of business partners šŸ“Presents in-person and online training sessions šŸ“Schedules training sessions, organizes information technology and other equipment, and manages course enrollment šŸ“Prepares and analyzes post-training reports and requirements Conducts TNA using various data-gathering techniques and tools šŸ“Monitors training program effectiveness and adjusts content as needed for improvements šŸ“Performs ROI analysis on learning interventions šŸ“Finds and benchmarks new ways of educational and training techniques and methods to employ and apply in the improvement of skills-building activities šŸ“Initiates/recommends/enhances policies/systems and procedures to ensure smooth delivery of TD services šŸ“Specializes in the BPO industry and keeps current on the activities and needs of the industry by attending regular meetings, conferences, and seminars šŸ“Works with leaders to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments
