Job Summary
Responsibilities
šProvide technical support and handle urgent escalation from high profile institution customers for API trading related issues in a production environment with high-volume transactions. šStrong collaboration, communication and interaction with all stakeholders including customers, product manager, developer and management team. šWork closely with product and developer teams in global offices, participate and follow up in iteration, release and roadmap planning timely. šVery flexible with capability to prioritize multiple incidents and deadlines to facilitate well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization. šHigh responsibility in continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency. šAbility to provide coaching, training, identification, optimization and documentation of the customer or business support processes.
Requirements
šOver 5 years of experience in technical roles. šBilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. šStrong team collaboration and internal communication skills. šUnderstanding of software development methodologies and coding standards. šAbility to present or explain fluently to engineers, product managers, and clients. šBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related scientific disciplines.
