Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šTake ownership of project deliveries, applying appropriate project control techniques to ensure the successful execution of projects on time, within scope and budget. šManage multiple scrum teams, ensuring teams operate in a unified approach, implementing agile ways of working to ensure regular product increments are developed, tested and released. šAlign with Engineering, Product Management, QA, Project Management, and Customer-facing teams to ensure development teams are delivering value and fully aligned across the program. šContinuously demonstrate R3 project management and governance principles, providing consistently reliable service to sponsors and key stakeholders. šApply robust and appropriate project planning to capture and track activities so technical project teams can work as efficiently and effectively as possible. šProactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders using a variety of techniques appropriately tailored to the audience. šProduce, validate and publish accurate project reports and dashboards, and provide visibility. šOrganise regular demos to demonstrate progress to internal and external stakeholders. šPartner with customer-facing teams to identify, own and mitigate risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies. šCreate fast learning loops, obtain customer feedback and reduce cycle time. Create the shortest path possible to outcomes, amplify or pivot work. šDisplay flexibility under changing priorities and actively collaborate with R3 teams to achieve common objectives. šDeliver weekly status reports and time tracking, ensuring transparent updates and management of overall delivery health internally and to stakeholders. šProvide accurate resource forecasts at any point in time for use in decision-making around project resource request management or change impact analysis.
Must-Have Competencies:
šA deep understanding of project management principles, particularly Agile software delivery methodologies. šPrevious experience in delivering large-scale projects focussing on commercial or central banks required. š10+ years of experience managing enterprise projects, preferably using cloud technologies. šStrong communication skills able to clearly articulate risks and, therefore, navigate complex dependencies with other parts of R3. šAtlassian Jira & Confluence experience is an advantage. šComfortable and able to work under pressure and navigate different stakeholders.
