Weāre focused on expanding Ethereum's development platform by building developer products to directly service core needs (Hardhat), and by creating low-level infrastructure to empower the ecosystem to build more tools (Rethnet and Slang).
Job Summary
In this role, you will be:
šDesigning and implementing features in the compiler, language specification, and testing infrastructure. šWriting up user facing documentation and tutorials on how to use Slang. šProviding code reviews and assistance to other engineers on the team. Investigating bug reports and responding to user feedback on GitHub and Telegram. šTech stack: šRust šNode.js / N-API šEthereum / EVM
The skills we look for:
šAt least 5 years of experience working on systems software š2+ years of working with Rust šKnowledge and experience with Node.js šWe work remotely and mostly asynchronously, so the ability to take ownership and work with minimal direction is crucial šAs this is an early-stage project, we are seeking a teammate who is comfortable adapting to changing requirements šPrior experience working in a remote and globally distributed environment šExperience in leading projects & mentoring other team members
