Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing
šLead end-to-end project delivery, encompassing requirements analysis, technical solution design, development, testing, deployment, and technical documentation. šDrive the architecture upgrade and implementation of enterprise-level HR systems, ensuring both system stability and data security. šEvaluate the technical feasibility of large-scale complex business requirements, formulate technical solutions, and support project implementation. šOptimize system performance, mentor junior and senior engineers, and help the team resolve technical challenges. šEstablish and enforce development standards, while influencing and driving technical decisions across the department.
What We Look For In You
šBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. š7+ years of development experience with Java and Spring Boot/Cloud; must be proficient in Java and its ecosystem. Experience in large enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle) is preferred. šProficient in relational/NoSQL databases, caching, and message queues. Capable of source code-level analysis of open-source middleware and skilled in microservices architecture design. šExperience in leading large-scale enterprise system development, handling complex business scenarios, and possessing experience with system refactoring or end-to-end project delivery. šFamiliarity with the full HR business lifecycle (including Employee, Organizational Structure, Onboarding/Transfers/Promotions/Separations, Compensation, Performance, Attendance, etc.).
