Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Understand customer use cases and translate them into autonomous agent workflows. 📍Build Python-based agents that integrate with tools, APIs, and internal services. 📍Design and implement workflows that span multiple steps, tools, and decisions. 📍Work with PostgreSQL to model customer data and support agent data needs. 📍Use workflow engines like Temporal (or similar) to orchestrate long-running tasks with retries, checkpoints, and timeouts. 📍Integrate third-party and internal APIs for agent tool usage and data exchange. 📍Ensure the workflows and agents are observable, testable, and fault-tolerant. 📍Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to validate and iterate on solutions.
What We’re Looking For
📍Must-Have Skills 📍 4 - 7 years of experience in backend or solutions engineering. 📍Problem Solving - Ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and implement scalable, effective solutions. 📍Python: Strong coding practices with emphasis on clarity, modularity, and reusability. 📍PostgreSQL: Experience in relational data modeling and writing clean, efficient queries. 📍Communication: Ability to understand business logic and explain solutions clearly to stakeholders. 📍API Integration: Experience integrating with internal and third-party APIs using REST/GraphQL, including handling authentication, error scenarios, and data transformations.
