Job Summary
Job Role & Responsibilities
šDesign and develop decentralized applications (dApps) on the Solana blockchain. šDemonstrate profound knowledge in Solana ecosystem. development tools (Anchor framework, Phantom, Solflare, etc.). šWrite smart contracts/programs using the Solana programming language (Rust). šUndertake migration tasks and projects from the Ethereum ecosystem (smart contracts, standards, wallets, frameworks) towards Solana. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. šTroubleshoot and debug issues related to blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications. šOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. šCollaborate with other team members and stakeholders, making it possible to quickly jump between projects and responsibilities. šReport to team lead/CTO with issues and any risks identified. šStay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and the Solana ecosystem. šReview Pull Requests related to our projects. šFollow our contribution guidelines. šFollow our Code of Conduct. šAs an employee of the Protokol, represent the company in the best possible way and be respectful when commenting and communicating within community/customers (Slack, Pull Requests and any other Protokol related communication).
Required Skills & Experience
šProven work experience in software quality assurance. šProven work experience as a web3 developer with Solana. šExperience with smart contract development on the Solana blockchain and other blockchain platforms (Ethereum). šExpertise in Rust programming language, with a strong understanding of its memory management models and concurrency patterns. šSolid understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized systems. šFamiliarity with blockchain principles and the cryptographic underpinnings of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. AWS experience.
