Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Own the design, development and optimisation of high-impact web applications built with NextJS, React, and TypeScript. 📍Architect robust frontend systems, component libraries, and shared patterns that scale across multiple product teams. 📍Collaborate deeply with product, design, and backend engineering to define technical direction and ensure seamless end-to-end execution. 📍Own performance, reliability, security and test quality across complex user flows. From trading execution to portfolio management. 📍Mentor engineers across the organisation, elevate frontend quality standards, and contribute to long-term technical strategy.
Who you are
📍6+ years of professional web engineering experience, with expert-level knowledge of React, NextJS, TypeScript, and modern web architecture. 📍Strong experience architecting large-scale frontend systems, including SSR/ISR, caching strategies, advanced state management, and performance tuning. 📍Able to translate ambiguous product and UX requirements into clear technical plans and scalable solutions. 📍Comfortable navigating cross-team collaboration, influencing stakeholders, and driving alignment on technical decisions. 📍Hands-on experience with modern frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library), with a clear understanding of how to build reliable, scalable test suites.
