What you’ll do

📍Design, develop, and maintain mission-critical issuance systems that support tokenized assets across multiple blockchains. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, compliance, and infrastructure to define system architecture and technical requirements. 📍Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our issuance services through best practices in software design, testing, and deployment. 📍Optimize existing issuance infrastructure to enhance performance, reduce latency, and improve operational efficiency. 📍Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 📍Stay informed about emerging trends in blockchain, distributed systems, and financial technology to drive innovation within the team. 📍Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making processes.

About you

📍5+ years of software development experience, with proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Golang, Kotlin, Rust, Java, C++, Python. 📍Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and distributed system design. Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure and tools, such as Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and AWS services. 📍 Ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. 📍Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. 📍Experience with blockchain technologies, smart contracts, or cryptographic principles is a plus. 📍A passion for learning and applying new technologies to solve real-world problems.
