Improving cloud solutions and digitizing buying processes, NIKE stays ahead of competition. Within the ITAM team we rely on a range of SAM (software asset management) and HAM (hardware asset management) tools. These tools lay out the landscape of solutions used within the company the data is critical to execute key accountabilities of the ITAM team. ๐Ÿ“We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter type that approaches problems with an engineering mentality, is experienced with technology and big data, and comfortable with learning new tools and techniques. ๐Ÿ“Experience with sophisticated data analysis and previous exposure to asset management are desired. ๐Ÿ“You should feel comfortable working in a large organization working across different teams.


๐Ÿ“ -Scale up the share of SAM managed software solutions at Nike. ๐Ÿ“ -Drive cost savings through optimized license utilization. ๐Ÿ“-Expand the offering of software catalog items to speed up license provisioning and improve the Nike end user experience. ๐Ÿ“-Ensure license compliance and usage of the latest supported versions of the software. ๐Ÿ“-Drive ongoing software decommissioning to minimize the risk of future vulnerabilities. ๐Ÿ“ -Leverage ITAM foundational tools (Flexera, ServiceNow, Zylo, discovery/inventory & endpoint security tools) to track and efficiently manage Nikes rapidly evolving IT environment. ๐Ÿ“ -Reflect key results in periodic reports that advise leaderships decisions on technology spend, risk mitigation, and endpoint security. ๐Ÿ“-Partner with platform engineering teams to seamlessly deliver technology to end users. ๐Ÿ“-Partner with multi-functional teams to remove inefficiencies and drive solutions.


๐Ÿ“This role has specific focus on multi-functional partnerships with Global Risk Management, Corporate Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and external vendors. ๐Ÿ“This position will report directly to the Director of Software Asset Management.

What you bring to nike:

๐Ÿ“-Bachelors degree or higher in Information Technology, Information Security/Assurance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study, or any combination of relevant equivalent experience, education and training ๐Ÿ“-5+ years of experience that demonstrates strong domain expertise in Asset Management and/or Procurement and/or Sourcing and/or Vendor Management and/or IT Risk Management. ๐Ÿ“ -Data engineering experience including working with APIs to query and load data. ๐Ÿ“-Public cloud (AWS/Azure) and Linux administration experience. -Data visualization skills, transforming data into practical insights. ๐Ÿ“-Familiarity with asset management tools like ServiceNow, Flexera, Zylo, CMDB technologies, and discovery tools like Tanium, Crowdstrike, Rapid7, Jamf, SCCM, SolarWinds, Wiz. ๐Ÿ“-Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. ๐Ÿ“-Perseverance: demonstrated track-record of delivering business results. ๐Ÿ“ -Highly accountable self-starter who thrives in a matrix environment.
