Minimum Requirements

📍Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking) in English 📍In-depth understanding of production management principles for distributed systems 📍3-5 years experience working with Infrastructure as Code and cloud provisioning tools 📍3-5 years experience working in operations teams managing production environments
📍3-5 years experience of utilizing and writing in languages such as Bash, Python, JavaScript and/or Go, or equivalents 📍3-5 years experience of general Linux experience 📍Hands-on experience with AWS, experience with Azure is a significant plus

Preferred Qualifications

📍Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, general containerization concepts and tools 📍Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, telemetry and visualization tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog 📍Working experience with git, and platforms such as Github and Gitlab, as well as the concepts of CI/CD and general production software delivery 📍Technical aptitude, ability and passion for learning new technologies, methodologies and tools 📍Demonstrated ability to think on your feet and troubleshooting/resolving issues in real time 📍Hands-on experience with tools such as Terraform and Helm 📍Prior experience in a service desk/Help desk role 📍Understanding of blockchain technology and the Ethereum ecosystem

Nice to have

📍Experience with Github Actions, ArgoCD and Flux 📍Security and networking experience is an advantage 📍Experience using services such as Cloudflare, Auth0, Okta 📍General software development experience 📍Working knowledge of how to use Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence 📍Technical degree in Computer Science or equivalent
