Responsibilities:

📍Drive the architecture, technical design, and implementation of the company's protocols. 📍Lead and mentor a team of protocol engineers, establishing a culture of craftsmanship, security and velocity. 📍Collaborate closely with researchers to validate and test designs. 📍Collaborate with auditors and security engineers to ensure safety of the protocol. 📍Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to established coding standards and best practices.

Requirements:

📍3+ years of experience working in Solidity in EVM in production environments, specifically contributing to DeFi products. 📍2+ years of experience working with a modern backend languages (Go, Rust, Python, etc) in distributed architectures. 📍Based in the USA.
