Job Summary

WHAT YOU WILL DO

šŸ“Quickly integrate with teams to learn/master the Avalanche network while gaining a deep understanding of its key technologies, differentiation, and target markets šŸ“Take ownership of all Consumer products, GTM/launch strategies, briefs, etc. šŸ“Align Product and Marketing team goals, processes, and overall communications across other business units šŸ“Design delivery strategies of product messaging/positioning, brand identity, market segmentation, and other product marketing motions to maximize product and feature adoption šŸ“Collaborate with Marketing, Branding, Creative, BD, and Communications teams to develop strategies, assets, and campaigns šŸ“Optimize channel growth and user acquisition strategies šŸ“Manage social media and content marketing synergies across Coreā€™s product suite, Explorers, Bridge UI/SDKs and Avalanche šŸ“Assist with daily marketing tasks and operations with data science šŸ“Strategize marketing campaigns across X (previously Twitter), Google, Apple, etc. šŸ“Develop campaigns and event programming that prime marketing funnels and maximize user acquisition šŸ“Act as the "voice of the customer" when collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Leadership šŸ“Work with channel owners to define, manage, and activate campaigns šŸ“Measure the effectiveness of Product Marketing launches and campaigns šŸ“Ensure successful delivery of projects in collaboration with key stakeholders (internal and external)

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

šŸ“Bachelorā€™s degree or higher šŸ“5+ years of technical Product Marketing Management šŸ“High urgency and sense of ownership šŸ“Managed and delivered 1 or more end-to-end product launches šŸ“Prior experience in the blockchain / Web3 industry šŸ“Strong messaging, positioning, and market segmentation skills for complex technologies šŸ“ICP analysis, competitive analysis strategies, and case studies šŸ“Adept at working closely with PMs and managing a product roadmap šŸ“Prior experience in startups, enterprise software, or consumer-facing software products šŸ“Notion, Google Suite, or other collaboration tools šŸ“Social Media experience, especially Discord & X (previously Twitter) šŸ“Experience collaborating with marketing, data science, and business teams
