Job Summary
Responsibilities
đź“ŤOwn the product roadmap for Margin backend systems, including Unified Trading Account (UTA) capabilities. đź“ŤDesign and improve core logic for margin calculation, leverage, collateral management, risk ratios, and liquidation. đź“ŤPartner closely with Engineering, Risk, Quant, and Trading teams to build scalable and resilient backend systems. đź“ŤTranslate complex margin and risk requirements into clear PRDs, system flows, and technical specs. đź“ŤDrive system optimizations to improve accuracy, stability, latency, and margin efficiency. đź“ŤCoordinate across Spot, Derivatives, Wallet, and Risk teams to deliver seamless unified account experiences. đź“ŤOwn the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and ongoing optimization.
Requirements
đź“ŤOpen from junior to senior levels; product experience is not a must as long as you have experience working with trading systems. đź“ŤDeep understanding of Financial products like Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options etc. đź“ŤTechnical or quantitative background (e.g., CS, Financial Engineering, Math). đź“ŤAbility to understand trading algorithms, risk methods, and translate them into product requirements. đź“ŤStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. đź“ŤProficiency in Mandarin is preferred to coordinate with global stakeholders and overseas partners.
