Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Product Requirements Management 📍Deeply understand finance business requirements, communicate with finance and business teams to collect and analyze requirements 📍Write detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRD), including functional design, business processes, data field definitions, etc. 📍Manage requirement priorities, balance business needs with technical implementation 📍Cross-functional Collaboration 📍Collaborate with Finance team to ensure product design meets financial and audit requirements 📍Work with Data Warehouse team to clarify data integration solutions and technical implementation paths 📍Collaborate with Engineering team to track development progress and ensure on-time delivery 📍Coordinate resources across business systems, data warehouse and other stakeholders to drive project progress 📍Project Management 📍Manage multiple parallel projects, track project progress and milestones 📍Identify project risks and blockers, coordinate timely resolution 📍Organize project meetings, sync project status, drive decision-making 📍Manage product launch process, including acceptance testing and release 📍Product Execution 📍Responsible for product feature design and optimization, including report configuration, data aggregation, filtering functions, etc. 📍Participate in technical solution reviews to ensure feasibility and reasonableness 📍Follow up on product development, testing, and launch processes 📍Collect user feedback and continuously optimize product experience 📍Documentation and Communication 📍Write and maintain product documentation, including PRDs, meeting minutes, weekly reports, etc. 📍Report project progress and key decisions to management 📍Collaborate with cross-timezone teams to ensure information synchronization
What We Look For In You
📍Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with finance systems or B2B products 📍Basic knowledge of finance/accounting, understanding of financial reports, chart of accounts, booking rules, etc. 📍Technical understanding to discuss technical solutions with engineering and data warehouse teams 📍Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, able to coordinate multiple resources to drive projects 📍Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English (working languages) 📍Project management capabilities, able to manage multiple parallel projects 📍Detail-oriented with strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills 📍Able to adapt to fast-paced work environment with resilience
