What you'll do

šŸ“Marketing Strategy & Execution: šŸ“Analyze business trends, customer behavior, and operational data to generate insights that drive strategic decisions at Coins. šŸ“Collaborate with the vendor to optimize platform usage and ensure alignment with business objectives. šŸ“Partner closely with the Product team to enhance processes, improve user experience, and support overall business operations through cross-functional collaboration. šŸ“Create and implement effective marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention in the crypto/Web3 spaces. šŸ“Define customer segmentation and personalization strategies to drive targeted campaigns and customer conversion. šŸ“Build and implement omnichannel campaigns aligned with business objectives. šŸ“Conduct market analysis to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape, adapting strategies accordingly. šŸ“Build and manage the marketing technology stack (CRM, analytics, attribution tools, etc.). šŸ“Integrate marketing systems with product and data platforms to optimize user engagement. šŸ“Automate and personalize customer journeys through data-driven campaigns. šŸ“Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook, TikTok, programmatic, etc.). šŸ“Optimize performance marketing metrics including CAC, CTR, and ROAS. šŸ“Collaborate with design/content teams to produce high-performing creatives. šŸ“Team & Cross-functional Leadership šŸ“Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, planners, and content creators. šŸ“Collaborate with creative, content, and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns. šŸ“Partner with product, tech, sales, and business units to support launches and growth targets. šŸ“Perform other MarTech-related and Digital Marketing duties as required.

Requirements

šŸ“Must hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage. šŸ“Minimum 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity. šŸ“A strong understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto ecosystem is a plus. šŸ“Proven expertise in digital marketing, paid media, and channel strategy. šŸ“Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. šŸ“Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies. šŸ“Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
