Job Summary
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
📍Strategic Campaign Management: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies (using Paid and Owned & Operated channels) aligned with Coinbase's business objectives, ensuring cohesive campaigns across various channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. 📍Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineer, Design, and Data Science, to align marketing initiatives with product launches, feature updates, and market trends, ensuring a unified approach and consistent messaging. 📍Performance Analytics and Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to assess the performance of marketing campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and optimize strategies for maximum impact. Regularly report on key performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. 📍Meaningful Content Creation: Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy, create engaging content, and stay updated on industry trends to ensure impactful communication across diverse channels. 📍Events & Community Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing events, both virtual and in-person, to enhance brand visibility and engage the community. Manage community initiatives, cultivating relationships with users and influencers to foster a vibrant and supportive community around Coinbase.
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
📍Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of marketing initiatives and making informed decisions to drive results. 📍Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the fintech, crypto or technology industry, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies (from paid to owned & operated channels). 📍Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights to inform decision-making. Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms (Amplitude, Looker, Superset) to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies. 📍Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas and strategies clearly and effectively to internal teams, stakeholders, and external audiences.
