RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with a broad range of legal matters, including corporate, securities, employment, intellectual property, privacy and dispute resolution Draft and negotiate commercial agreements Develop internal processes for legal project management and cross-team coordination Provide risk-weighted legal advice to management on contract negotiations, transactional activity, and dispute resolution Perform legal research on regulatory issues and remain up-to-date on developments in decentralized finance Assist the General Counsel in implementing, operating, and enhancing regulatory compliance policies, processes and procedures

REQUIREMENTS: JD degree and active law license in good standing 4+ years of experience at a law firm and/or in-house Strong interest in cryptocurrencies and decentralized finance Ability to take ownership of projects and make actionable recommendations Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize matters Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness Attention to detail Excellent collaborator
