Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Program Strategy: Design and evolve the UAE user-growth framework for priority segments, focusing on value, experience, and long-term engagement. 📍Insights & Analysis: Generate deep user and market insights using behavioral data, trading metrics, and feedback loops. Identify growth levers and retention opportunities. 📍Performance Planning: Define objectives, success metrics, and experiments that improve lifetime value and trading activity within your segment. 📍Partnership Development: Build strategic collaborations with ecosystem players — from financial partners to trading groups - that expand reach and user value. 📍Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, BD, Marketing, and Data teams to execute initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. 📍Governance & Reporting: Maintain clear visibility on performance metrics, report progress, and recommend program optimizations grounded in data.
What We Look For In You
📍6–10 years of experience in growth, product marketing, or user strategy roles in fintech, crypto, or trading platforms. 📍Strong analytical foundation; fluent in using data to shape business strategy. 📍Track record of designing and scaling user-centric programs or initiatives. 📍Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills. 📍Strategic thinker who enjoys building structure, insights, and partnerships that deliver measurable results. 📍Fluent in English; Arabic a strong plus.
