Job responsibilities

📍Product development and maintenance 📍Responsible for the development of the Flutter mobile application of the company's Web3 banking and payment-related products to ensure the high performance, high availability and good user experience of the application. 📍Participate in product demand analysis, design a reasonable application architecture according to business needs, and realize the development and optimization of functional modules. 📍Continuously optimize application performance, improve application startup speed, response speed and operation fluency, and ensure stable operation in different devices and network environments. 📍Technology research and innovation 📍Track the latest developments and development trends in Flutter and related technology fields, explore the application possibilities of new technologies in banking and payment services, and provide technical support for product innovation. 📍Participate in the research of technical problems, solve complex technical problems encountered in the development process, and promote the improvement of the technical level of the technical team. 📍Share technical experience with team members, participate in the preparation and maintenance of technical documents, and promote team knowledge sharing and technology accumulation. 📍Teamwork and communication 📍Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, back-end development engineers, etc. to ensure the smooth realization of product functions and the optimization of user experience. 📍Participate in code reviews to ensure that code quality meets company standards, and identify and fix potential problems in a timely manner. 📍Participate in team technical discussions and project progress reports regularly, give timely feedback on problems and risks in the development process, and ensure that the project is delivered on time.

Job requirements

Technical ability 📍Proficient in the Flutter framework and related development tools, with more than 3 years of Flutter project development experience, and complete project launch experience. 📍Familiar with the Dart language, have a solid programming foundation, and can write high-quality and maintainable code. 📍Familiar with the mobile application development process, including design, development, testing, release and other links, familiar with the characteristics and limitations of iOS and Android platforms. 📍Familiar with commonly used Flutter plug-ins and third-party libraries, able to make reasonable selection and integration according to project needs. 📍Master the relevant knowledge of network programming, be familiar with the HTTP/HTTPS protocol, and be able to communicate efficiently with the back-end interface. 📍Understand the Web3 technology stack, including basic knowledge such as blockchain, smart contracts, and digital wallets, and have a certain understanding of Web3 banking and payment services.
