Key responsibilities

📍Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend and fullstack engineers and tech leads, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and accountability. 📍Participate in system architecture design, scalable delivery, performance optimization, and the implementation of best development practices. 📍Own the technical direction and delivery of complex user interface projects, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and product strategy. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend engineering) to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that meet user needs. 📍Ensure high standards for code quality, performance, and scalability, guiding the team in implementing best practices in UI architecture and engineering. 📍Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and professional development planning. 📍Ensure the reliability and resilience of our services. 📍Ensure adherence with best DevOps practices, including automation, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud infrastructure. 📍Manage incident response, monitoring, and platform reliability improvements. 📍Engage with the blockchain community, particularly key ecosystems like Ethereum, Solana, BTC. 📍Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums, participating in panels and technical discussions.

Required qualifications

📍Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 📍7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in frontend development and fullstack technologies. 📍3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, managing frontend or fullstack engineering teams. 📍Proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality user interfaces at scale, ideally in SaaS or web-based applications. 📍Deep technical expertise in designing and building scalable, high-load, fault-tolerant, and secure software systems. 📍Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript, and modern CSS approaches
