Key responsibilities:

📍Team management. Manage, support, coach and develop high performing engineers through regular 1:1 and continuous feedback. 📍Lead on the creation, development and implementation of security best practices 📍Create and maintain security documentation, including threat models, security requirements, design documents, and security guidelines. 📍Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and architects to integrate security requirements into the product design and architecture.

Skills & Experience:

📍6+ years of technical experience with at least 3 years of experience leading efforts in Application Security. 📍You have experience managing the performance and development of high-performing Security Engineers, including seniors and leads, at a high growth, rapidly scaling startups. 📍Experience in programming languages such as Typescript and frameworks like NestJS/React. 📍Experience using or building tools to automate security processes. 📍Experience working in a disruptive technology, successfully launching products, ideally, within FinTech, SaaS, Crypto.
