Job Summary
What you'll do as our Senior Director, FP&A:
šSupport our strategic and financial planning processes, the annual plan, and quarterly financial forecasts as well as the underlying financial planning models, systems and tools šPrepare management reporting for Executives and Board - analyze results, distill/synthesize business performance, assess business risk and operating performance, and communicate risks and opportunities in a timely and actionable manner šContinuously improve reporting accuracy and develop data controls to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting šAssist in ad-hoc analysis and presentation of strategic materials for management (investor, M&A, etc) šDevelop and evolve policies and procedures to improve the overall operation and efficiency of the Finance organization šDevelop and monitor KPIs, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances šWork with team members to enhance global financial and operational performance trends (historical and forecasted) using appropriate metrics šCollaborate across all functional departments and internally across the entire Finance department
What we're looking for:
šMinimum 10 years demonstrated FP&A experience in tech, preferably in SaaS; banking, VC, or strategy consulting experience a plus šBachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting; MBA a plus šExperience building and leading a world-class Finance team and infrastructure in a dynamic environment šAbility to construct well-targeted management reports within the context of business/industry operations/practices šStrong financial acumen across the organization (e.g., understanding financials, accounting, business intelligence) šExperienced in complex modeling (e.g., Cash Flow, Headcount, return on investment assessment, etc.) šDemonstrated experience working within a SaaS business, with a strong understanding of recurring revenue models and associated metrics (e.g., NRR, churn, LTV, COA)
