Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
📍Work with Group DPO to implement, maintain and monitor privacy and data protection policies, processes, and controls. 📍Manage Data Privacy Management tool for the Group and drive various activities like Data Discovery, Data Catalogue, Data Protection Impact Assessment, Consent Management etc through the tool. 📍Conduct reviews to ensure privacy and data protection compliance and proactively address potential privacy and data protection issues. 📍Track and report key performance indicators to your stakeholders on a regular basis 📍privacy incidents and investigations or privacy complaints and undertake reporting and remedial actions as necessary. 📍Support Legal and Procurement processes around privacy and data protection issues in contract negotiations and client relationships, highlighting to key stakeholders the necessity of adherence to customer data handling obligations. 📍Oversee the delivery of privacy and data protection training and awareness for employees and 📍Use your current knowledge and keep abreast of evolving privacy and data protection regulations, laws, and policies.
What we're looking for:
📍At least 4-6 years of experience working in the privacy space. 📍Basic understanding of privacy regulation in APAC region, privacy concepts like Privacy by Design (PbD), 📍Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), Data Mapping etc. 📍Experience rolling-out privacy framework, policies, and practices etc. 📍Strong written and communication skills, both internally and externally 📍Passion for company’s mission and helping drive success for businesses. 📍Motivation to drive changes. 📍Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders within the Organization. 📍Good judgement and confidence to take a risk-based approach to analyze situations. 📍CIPP, CIPM or CIPT certification is an added advantage.
