Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
đź“ŤDesign, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using dbt, Airbyte, Redshift, and Sigma đź“ŤWork closely with product, engineering, and bizops/GTM teams to gather data requirements, setup dashboards and generate critical insights đź“ŤBuild a data engineering function from scratch, including leading a high-performing data team as the business scales đź“ŤPromote a data culture at Notabene and embed data-driven decision-making across the company đź“ŤEnsure data governance and security practices are in place, especially around high-security PII data đź“ŤMonitor, optimize, and troubleshoot data infrastructure and pipelines to ensure performance and scalability
What you bring to Notabene
đź“Ť8+ years working in data engineering đź“ŤProven experience in building and maintaining ETL pipelines and data infrastructure (Airbyte, Redshift, Sigma preferred) đź“ŤStrong experience working with dbt core/cloud đź“ŤBusiness savvy and capable of interfacing with finance, revenue and ops leaders to build our business intelligence đź“ŤProven leadership experience with a track record of building and managing data teams đź“ŤExpertise in data governance, best practices, and data security, especially related to PII đź“ŤProficiency in SQL and Python and with experience working in AWS
